The Cavaleiro & Associados team, led by Lawyer João Quintela Cavaleiro, advised Inpuls Imobilia S.A. in the contractual relationship established with Sonae / Modelo Continente for the installation of a Continente Bom Dia at Inpuls facilities, in the Industrial Zone of Porto.

Located in the middle of the Viso Metro Station, adjacent to the Porto Metro line, Continente is inserted in the Via Rápida Center a pioneering Mobility Convenience Center in Porto, nationally and internationally. Center of commercial stores and offices that combines the centrality of the Industrial Area of ​​Porto, with the passage of about 200,000 people per day on the Metro line, being in perfect harmony with the station and surrounding area.

João Quintela Cavaleiro was accompanied by Pedro Seixas Silva on contractual and real estate matters, by Tiago Rocha Matos and the rest of the team on matters of Public, Contracts and Insurance.

It is a national case study. It took about two years to celebrate the contractual relationship, with very experienced interlocutors, with deep knowledge of all the themes that involve the installation and operation of commercial spaces.
