Legal Link’s lawyers! Cavaleiro & Associados, João Quintela Cavaleiro and Pedro Seixas Silva are members of the AFVR Justice Council. AFVR is an association affiliated with the Portuguese Football Federation. The Council of Justice is the body that is responsible for knowing and ultimately deciding resources in statutory and regulatory terms in competitions organized by the AFVR. It is mandatorily constituted by jurists, constituting itself as the last instance to whom Clubs and other bodies can appeal in matters related to compliance with the legality of the decisions taken within the Association.
